1. Use of Services and Website

• By accessing or using our website or services, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or its materials without express written permission from Ojai Garden Spa.

• We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
   

2. Appointment Policy

• Confirmation Emails: As a courtesy, we send two confirmation emails—one at the time of booking and another 48 hours prior to your service. If you do not receive these, please contact us at least two days before your appointment to confirm your details.

• Arrival Time: Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and the full service price will still apply.

• Dress Code: Clients should dress appropriately. We do not provide robes or slippers. For comfort, please remove jewelry and any restrictive clothing before your service.
   

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive 50% of the deposit refunded.

• Rescheduling: Deposits for rescheduled appointments will be transferred to the new date.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments.
   

4. Health and Safety

• Client Responsibilities: Inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns that may impact your service.

• Sanitation: We follow strict sanitation and hygiene procedures. We kindly ask clients to maintain good hygiene during their visit.

• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who:

  • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Exhibit inappropriate or aggressive behavior.

  • Violate any policies or make inappropriate requests.
     

5. Payment and Pricing

• Payment Methods: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and gift cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Liability: Ojai Garden Spa and its suppliers are not liable for damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or personal injury. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, or $100 if no payment was made.
   

6. Minors

• Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit. Services for minors require the consent of a parent or guardian.
   

7. Personal Belongings

• Ojai Garden Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please secure valuables during your visit.
   

8. Gift Cards and Packages

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may have expiration dates.

• Packages: All services included in packages must be used within the time frame specified at purchase. Unused services are non-refundable.
   

9. Privacy

• Your personal and health information will remain confidential and will only be used to provide the best possible service.

• No photography, audio, or video recording is allowed without prior consent.
   

10. Changes to Terms
Ojai Garden Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be available on our website and at our spa.
