At Ojai Garden Spa, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure our clients have a relaxing and satisfying experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

Refund Policy

1. Appointment Deposits

  • A $25 ( per person ) deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Refundable Deposits: Deposits are refundable only when cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
     

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 48 Hours or More: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment qualify for a full refund of the deposit.

  • 24 to 48 Hours: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment will receive 50% of the deposit refunded.

  • Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
     

3. Rescheduling

  • Appointments rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment will have their deposits transferred to the new date.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation, and a new deposit will be required.
     

4. Refunds for Services Rendered

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please inform us immediately during or after your appointment, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

  • Adjustments or service credit may be provided at our discretion for unsatisfactory experiences.
     

5. Gift Cards and Packages

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be transferred to another individual with written consent from the purchaser.

  • Packages: Spa packages are non-refundable. Unused portions of packages may be transferred to another individual or applied as credit toward other services, subject to approval.
     

6. Retail Purchases

  • Products purchased at Ojai Garden Spa are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened products, custom orders, and discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
     

7. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late for your appointment may result in reduced service time, but the full service fee will still apply. Refunds will not be issued for services shortened due to late arrival.
     

8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events can occur. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we will review requests for refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
