Welcome to this moment of release and renewal. As you settle into your seat, let the chair support your body fully. Place your hands softly on your lap, and when you’re ready, gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Let’s repeat this together—inhaling deeply, holding at the top, and exhaling fully. Do this two more times, feeling yourself soften and arrive fully in this space.
As you continue to breathe deeply, begin to notice the sensations around you. Feel the warmth of the water cradling your feet, the subtle weight of the blankets wrapped around you, and the cool, light touch of the air on your skin. Notice the aromas in the air—the cleansing black sage, the calming lavender, the protective yerba santa, and the grounding white sage. These sacred plants infuse your space with healing energy. This is a safe place, a sacred place, where you can let go of all that no longer serves you.
Now, bring your attention inward. Feel your heart beating steadily in your chest, your breath moving rhythmically through your body. Allow yourself to sink deeper into this moment, to let go of any need to be anywhere but here. This time is just for you.
Shift your awareness now to your feet. Feel the warmth of the water, gently surrounding them like a loving embrace. Imagine the minerals in the water working their way into your body, infusing every cell with calm and healing energy. Visualize this energy traveling up through your feet, into your legs, and spreading throughout your body.
With each exhale, begin to release any tension or heaviness you may be carrying. Imagine it flowing down through your body, gathering in your feet. Feel the warmth of the water inviting you to let go. Let your stress, worries, and burdens dissolve into the bath. With each breath, you release more, and the water receives it all, cleansing and transforming it.
Picture the sacred herbs in your bath as gentle allies, aiding in your release. Black sage carries away negativity. White sage cleanses and purifies your energy. Yerba santa protects your spirit. Lavender soothes and nurtures your mind. These plants, grown with love for the Earth, support you now.
Focusing on the Transformation
"As you continue to exhale, notice how much lighter you feel. Each breath takes with it another layer of tension, leaving behind space for calm and renewal. Imagine the water swirling gently around your feet, carrying away what no longer serves you. It’s as if the water itself whispers, ‘Let it go.’
Now, turn your focus inward. Notice the space you’ve created within yourself. This is your opportunity to invite in something new. With each inhale, welcome a sense of lightness, of peace, of possibility. Let this fresh energy fill every part of your being, weaving through your mind, body, and spirit.
Affirm to yourself: I release what I no longer need. I welcome calm, peace, and renewal. I am free.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Feel the water still cradling your feet, warm and soothing. Notice the gentle embrace of the air around you, the sounds of the garden, the earth’s energy steady and strong beneath you.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel yourself grounded and renewed. Wiggle your toes gently in the water. Stretch your fingers, your arms, your legs, moving slowly and with intention. When you’re ready, open your eyes, taking in the beauty of the garden around you.
Carry this lightness, this sense of release, with you. Know that you can return to this practice whenever you need. You are free to let go, free to renew, free to simply be.
Close with an affirmation:
"Repeat silently to yourself: I am free. I am renewed. I am at peace."
