As your roots reach the core of the Earth, you find a warm, glowing energy—a vibrant golden light. This is the heart of the Earth, alive and pulsating with nurturing power. Imagine your roots gently touching this light, forming a connection. Feel this warm, golden energy begin to flow upward, through your roots, rising slowly toward your body.
