Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change, therefore Ojai Garden Spa requests at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. We ask that if it's 24 hours before your appointment or less, you attempt to reschedule with us and we will carry over your deposit into your next appointment. Canceling the day of or no-shows will lose their deposit as a whole. We value and respect your time and choice of our salon service. Should we need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen events with less than 24 notice, we will discount your next identical service with 15% of the service charge. We will timely reschedule your appointment based on your convenience.
